Quick and Easy Recipes – Sauces (Quick and Easy Recipes – Series 1)

This book of sauces have been made up from recipes that I have created myself over the years, they go with many of the quick and easy meals that have been produced in this series of books, they can be made up freshly then sealed and frozen until you are ready to use them. I have tried to provide sufficient sauces for most everyday needs.
I find it is worthwhile making up the sauce recipes that you will require for meals over the coming weeks and freezing them. Take them out of the freezer when you need them for a meal. They do not take long to defrost so can almost be taken out at the last minute.
You can suit yourself with the thickness of these sauces by adding extra liquid or by holding some back (which I explain how in the recipe) it is entirely up to you how you present your sauce.
I include a list of ingredients for each sauce and duplicate the ingredients on a separate page that can easily be used on the Kindle for shopping or, if using a PC or Mac can be printed as a single page of Ingredients. The book has a full table of contents to make finding ingredients and recipes easy. I hope you enjoy your sauces.
